<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique advantageous in performing a multiple display where one image is displayed by a plurality of display devices each of which displays a part image divided from the one image. <P>SOLUTION: At least one display device 100A acquires, from each of a plurality of display devices, 100B, 100C and 100D via communication means 140, first display pixel number information indicating the maximum display pixel number of an image which can be displayed without converting a display pixel number in display means. The display device 100A comprises: calculation means for calculating, from the first display pixel number information, second display pixel number information indicating the maximum display pixel number of an image which can be displayed in performing a multiple display; storage means for storing the second display pixel number information calculated at the calculation means; and control means for controlling the communication means 140 so as to transmit the second display pixel number information stored in the storage means to an external device 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
