PURPOSE: A light emitting diode illumination lamp is provided to simplify an assembling process by directly combining a substrate of a converter module to a cover plate or a frame and to be easily installed regardless of place and time. CONSTITUTION: A space part consisting of an incline plane is formed in a frame. A cover plate covers an internal space of the frame. An LED module is combined to the lower side of the cover plate. The LED module is a power source of a light emitting diode illumination lamp. A plurality of LED packages is mounted on substrate. A circuit form driving LEDs is printed on the substrate. A spreading plate(140) is combined to the lower side of the frame in order to cover the internal space of the frame. A converter module is combined to the space part of the frame.
