PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing mixed agent for measuring tritium radioactivity is provided to prevent a delay of a repair period and changing of urine samples which can be occurred in a manual process and combining of the urine samples. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing mixed agent for measuring tritium radioactivity comprises a measurement sample identification barcode manufacturing member, a barcode reading unit, an automatic sampling and injecting unit, a cocktail mixing unit, a decontamination member, and a liquid scintillation counter. The measurement sample identification barcode manufacturing member is attached to all kinds of the sample collecting box. The automatic sampling and injecting unit use a nitrogen gas of the high purity to simultaneously collect the measurement sample of the collecting box and to spray to the measurement container and contain a micro-pipettes function. The decontamination member operates decontamination task with respect to a collecting nozzle of a cocktail manufacturing member. The liquid scintillation counter measures the radioactivity from the measurement container.
