摘要 PURPOSE: A steel composite girder which is prestressed with a tendon and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to complete the manufacture of standardized segmented girders for the composite girder in a factory without the need of constructing a concrete casing in the site. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a steel composite girder which is prestressed with a tendon is as follows(S200). A casing concrete is combined to the bottom of a central steel in whole so that a steel reinforcement and a tendon are built in, thereby preparing a central girder(S210). An anchor plate with an anchoring hole which the tendon passes through is coupled to the lower part of one end of an end steel in order to prepare two end girders(S220). The two end girders are arranged to contact both ends of the central girder(S230). The upper part of the end steel in the location in which the anchor plate is coupled and the central steel are fastened together(S240). The tendon passing through the anchoring hole of the anchor plate is fixed with tension, compressive prestress is applied to the casing concrete, and the central girder and the end girders are fastened together(S260).
