<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts feeder capable of cutting down on cost and achieving a compact device. <P>SOLUTION: The parts feeder includes: a cutting-out chute 50 having a first guide part 51 capable of sliding a workpiece W toward the front direction; a standing chute 80 in which a second guide part 81 that the workpiece W can enter from the first guide part 51 in a state of spacing a gap 10b from the first guide part 51, and that can slide the workpiece W toward a predetermined conveyance destination, and a slit into which the shaft part of the workpiece W can be dropped, but the head part of the workpiece W cannot be dropped are formed; an alignment plate 31 of an alignment mechanism 20 in which a placing part 34 on which the workpiece W is placed and a stopper 35 for rocking the gap 10b are formed; a regulating member 60 for shifting the gravity center of a surplus workpiece W outward; and an actuator 40 connected to the alignment plate 31 of the alignment mechanism 20 for rocking the alignment plate 31 of the alignment mechanism 20 in a vertical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
