<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reset circuit operable on low voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A reset circuit 50A comprises: a first p-channel transistor 11; a first circuit 10A that activates a first signal D1 when a first current i1 exceeds a first value; a second n-channel transistor 21; a second circuit 20A that activates a second signal D2 when a second current i2 exceeds a second value; a third circuit 30A that activates a third signal D3 when a predetermined period elapses after supply of a power voltage Vdd starts; and a logical circuit 40 that generates a reset signal RES for indicating a reset release when all of the first signal D1, the second signal D2 and the third signal D3 become active. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
