PURPOSE: A quantum dot is provided to easily insert electrons and holes, thereby decreasing driving force, improving efficiency and luminance in case of using for an electroluminescent device. CONSTITUTION: A quantum dot comprises ligand layer on surface, and an organic ligand of conjugated structure. The ligand layer has the thickness of 0.1-1.5 nm, includes a ligand of which carbon number length of backbone is 4-15. The organic ligand of conjugated structure comprises one or more C3-15 alkenylene group, C6-30 arylene group and/or C4-30 heteroarylene group in backbone. Organic electro luminescence device comprises organic layer between a pair of electrodes. The organic film comprises the quantum dot.
