<p>[Problem] The present invention provides a floating natural energy utilization device located on the ocean, etc., capable of achieving a large and clean power output, and being excellent in stability even in strong winds and storms without being in danger of falling down. [Solution] The present invention is in a form of a triangle frame in plan view with a float (153) at each apex, and includes: a floating body (152) inducing a buoyant force of the floats (153) floating in a state where the floats (153) appear on the water; a base shaft (161) supported at a center position of the floats (152) and provided upright perpendicularly from below the water surface to above the water surface; a generator (1) with a rotor and a coreless coiled body, which receive a rotational force supported by the base shaft (161) and generate power, being coaxial contra-rotating; a windmill (2) with vertical axis and vertical blades, rotatably supported by bearings provided to an upper base cylinder mounted in a vertical shaft (136) protruding from the generator (1), and rotated by wind energy to rotate the generator (1) via the vertical shaft (136); a bob (171) having a structure in which water is encapsulated in a can attached at an end of the base shaft (161) below the water surface and exerting a restoring action from swinging; and a mooring (172) anchoring the floats (152) or the bob (171) to the bottom.</p> |
