PURPOSE: A hybrid implant drill is provided to reduce numbers of drilling by eliminating a middle step for the drilling. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid implant drill includes an expansion drill unit(200), a guide unit(100), and a body drill unit(300). The expansion drill unit includes a drill blade. The drill blade is expanded from one end to other end. The guide unit is projected from the one end of the expansion drill. A guide unit is rounded from the end unit of the expansion drill. The projected end of the guide unit includes a bigger or a smaller diameter than the one end of the expansion drill. The exposed end of the guide unit does not include the drill blade.
