<p>Provided is an overvoltage detecting device for an energy storage module, wherein a plurality of overvoltage detecting units are connected in parallel to a plurality of storage cells, respectively, and respectively monitor the interterminal voltages of the storage cells by being supplied with power from an external power supply. The overvoltage detecting units output ON-signals, which indicate that the storage cells are normal, in the case where the interterminal voltages among the storage cells are within predetermined reference voltages. The overvoltage detecting units output OFF-signals in the case where the interterminal voltages among the storage cells exceed the reference voltages.</p> |
