<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full automatic gathering device for teaching materials by developing such special automatic injection machines that can carry out an automatic injection like automatic injection machines for paper teaching materials and arranging them organically, though the automatic injection machine has been developed for paper-made teaching materials for gathering the teaching materials which are shipped in large quantities each month and only manual gathering work is allowed for the teaching tools consisting of blister molding parts which are increasing in number in recent years. <P>SOLUTION: Being disposed in the upstream position of a packaging machine and an enclosing and sealing machine and by disposing the automatic injection machine for the paper teaching materials and the automatic injection machine of blister molding teaching tools facing a series of transfer passages, the automatic injection machine for the blister molding teaching tools is characterized in that it is composed to carry out an injection operation by releasing support by absorbing a supporting member which supports the edge parts of the bottom surface sides of the overlapped teaching tools, a guide member which implements positioning by using a side edge part, and a lowest bottom surface and also by carrying out their full separations by the approach of a rush plate, and by taking out them by a conveying belt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
