METHOD FOR PREPARING ALLOSYL FLAVONOID USING RECOMBINANT STRAIN

PURPOSE: A method for preparing glycosylated flavonoid using a recombinant strain is provided to enable glycosylation of a compound. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant microorganism with TDP-6-deoxyallose productivity is prepared using a gene encoding TDP-glucose synthase, TDP-glucose 4, 6-dehydratase gene, a gene encoding TDP-hexose-3-epimerase, and a gene encoding TDP-4-keto-6-deoxyglucose reductase. A method for preparing allosyl flavonoid comprises: a step of culturing recombinant microorganism in a medium containing flavonoid; and a step of isolating allosyl flavonoid from culture liquid.
