<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color electrophotographic image forming apparatus in which, in a form of that development apparatuses are attached to an apparatus body to be packed and transported, damage to the development apparatuses due to vibration or impact during transportation is suppressed, while the operability of the apparatus body at the initial installation is maintained. <P>SOLUTION: A color electrophotographic image forming apparatus includes: a plurality of development apparatuses 18a to 18d for developing electrostatic latent images formed on a photoreceptor drum 2; a rotary 102 for sequentially moving any of the plurality of development apparatuses in which the rotary 102 detachably supports by rotating to a development position 18X opposite to the photoreceptor drum; and a regulation member 132 detachably attached to an apparatus body 90 and for regulating the movement of the rotary in a thrust direction. The rotary 102 is constituted of a left disk 102L and a right disk 102R that can move independently in the thrust direction, and the regulation member 132 attached to the apparatus body 90 moves the rotary 102 to which the plurality of development apparatuses 18a to 18d are attached in the thrust direction to reduce a gap A in the thrust direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
