<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that a polyvinyl chloride pipe and a metal pipe used as an aqueduct or a vent pipe has no action of cleaning and activating a liquid phase and a vapor phase. <P>SOLUTION: The inside of the polyvinyl chloride and metal pipe is coated with a coal layer having a thickness of 0.05 to 2 mm, and a liquid phase and a vapor phase moving at the inside of the pipe are made the similar state of moving at the inside of the layer of the coal and are cleaned and activated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
