<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for storing thin paper for home use, which allows a user to take out thin paper for home use by a series of operation using one hand. <P>SOLUTION: The container 100 for storing thin paper for home use includes a container body 10 and a cap section 20. The container body 10 and the cap section 20 are integrated or separable. A first insert portion 22 to which the thin paper for home use stored in the container body 10 is inserted from the lower side to the upper side, and a second insert portion 23 to which the thin paper sheet having passed through the first insert portion 22 is inserted from the upper side to the lower side to hold the thin paper sheet P are provided on an upper surface portion 21 of the cap section 20.
