A ceramic mixture of spherical alumina particles having a volumetric D50 of 10-55µm, and flake hexagonal boron nitride particles having a volumetric D50 of at most 30µm, wherein the content ratio of the flake hexagonal boron nitride particles is 5-30 mass%; and a ceramic-containing thermally-conductive resin sheet formed from a resin composition containing 10-70 vol% of an organic matrix and 30-90 vol% of the ceramic mixture.
