A method for estimation of the state of interdental intervals comprises the use of "Stim-U-Dent" hygienical means as prolonged sharpen wedge. The estimation of the state of interdental intervals at planning or presence of restorations of teeth and dental rows is made by the determination of depth of passing of the prolonged wedge - to 1/3, to 2/3 or at full length of sharp part - in interdental interval with or without the presence of gums bleeding and with estimation in points from 1 to 8.
