摘要 PURPOSE: Functional whole barley cookie, and a producing method thereof are provided to reduce the blood cholesterol level for preventing the heart disease. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional whole barley cookie comprises the following steps: pulverizing whole barley into the particle size of 180 meshes(100); mixing 34.5wt% of whole barley powder, 11.6wt% of grape seed powder, 9.7wt% of sugar, 9.7wt% of oligosaccharide, 0.4wt% of refined salt, 24.1wt% of egg, 3.5wt% of lemon juice, 0.9wt% of baking powder, and 5.6wt% of butter to obtain dough(200); cutting the dough into the constant size, and baking the dough in an oven at 180 deg C for 15 minutes(300); cooling the obtained cookie in a wicker tray for 10 minutes(400); and packing the cooled cookie(500).
