REMOTE MONITORING CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring control system capable of transmitting a state change detection time or setting time between transmitter receivers in use of a cyclic transmission system.

SOLUTION: The remote monitoring control system comprises an information transmitter 1 and an information receiver 2. The information transmitter 1 includes: a transmission information storage part 12 that stores transmission information; a first internal clock 14 that outputs a first internal time; and a transmission processing part 11 that transmits information stored in the transmission information storage part 12 to the information receiver 2 based on the first internal time. The information receiver 2 includes: a second internal clock 23 that outputs a second internal time; a time correction processing part 24 that meets progressive speeds of the first internal clock and the second internal time each other, based on information transmitted from the transmission processing part 11.
