<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide base cloth for a stent graft combining thinness, high strength, low water permeability and flexibility, and the stent graft insertable in a thinner catheter. <P>SOLUTION: The base cloth for the stent graft is a woven fabric containing fiber with a cross section of fiber in an outermost surface layer being shaped to have a side roughly parallel with the outermost surface at least on one surface, and a woven fabric pressed by a calender or formed by arranging the major axis side of cross section of flat fiber perpendicularly to the thickness direction of the woven fabric. The woven fabric has a weave density of 150-400 strands/2.54 cm in both the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and a thickness of 1-90 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
