PURPOSE: A packaged meat sterilizer using ultra violet rays is provided to sterilize packaged meat using duck, chicken, beef, pork, or fish flesh before distributing. CONSTITUTION: A packaged meat sterilizer using ultra violet rays comprises the following: a conveyor belt(11) consecutively transferring meat to be packaged; a supporting frame(12) for supporting the conveyor belt; a sterilization tunnel unit(14) including a sterilization treatment space(13) for the meat; a UV lamp(15) radiating the ultra violet rays to the surface of the meat; and a supporting post(16) for supporting the sterilization tunnel unit. The supporting post includes a height adjusting unit(17). The conveyor belt includes plural through-holes for passing through the ultra violet rays.
