摘要 FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for repair of railway transport facilities, particularly, to automatic coupling welding and build-up welding repair. Proposed manipulator comprise support with working member fitted on foundation to reciprocate and rotate thereon, manipulator positioning system and control system. Working member represents a mechanical clamp to allow automatic coupling to hook the crossarm that joints automatic coupling body rubs together. Manipulator incorporates screw supports and vertical transfer reversing drive of carriage accommodating support horizontal thrust shaft. Said support comprises hollow housing provided with counterweight. Bushes with axes located in one plane perpendicular to each other are arranged on ends of said hollow housing. One of said bushes accommodates bearings to revolve support body relative to carriage shaft while another bush makes bearing support for working member to turn relative thereto. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of repair, reduced labor input. ^ 5 cl, 13 dwg
