摘要 PURPOSE: A particle measurement apparatus is provided to measure the distributed state of particles using scattered light generated when the particles collide with each other. CONSTITUTION: A particle measurement apparatus comprises a case(100), an impactor module, a light generation unit(300), and a light detection unit. An optic chamber(C) is formed in the inner space of the case. A particle flow path is formed in the case. The impactor module is installed in the case and inhales particles to send the inhaled particles to the optic chamber through the particle flow path. The light generation unit generates incident light to form a focus inside the optic chamber. The light detection unit detects scattered light generated when the particles passing through the incident light collide with each other.
