ACTIVE MOUNT

PURPOSE: An active mount for mounting equipment is provided to actively cope with shock applied from the outside by supplementing the drawbacks of a manual mount. CONSTITUTION: An active mount for mounting equipment comprises elastic rubber(10), an piezoelectric element, a vibration sensor(30), and a control unit. Equipment is mounted on the elastic rubber. The elastic rubber is coupled to a vibration generator. The elastic rubber absorbs shock from the vibration generator and relieves shock transferred to equipment. The piezoelectric element is fastened to the lower part of the elastic rubber. The piezoelectric element generates reverse force offsetting noise and vibration due to shock transferred to the elastic rubber and transfers it to the elastic rubber.
