GENERATION COMPOSITION FOR INDUCED PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS WITH BMI1, MEK INHIBITOR AND GSK INHIBITOR TREATMENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING INDUCED PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A composition which induces dedifferentiation of stem cells to embryonic stem cell-like cells is provided to be used for transplantation of stem cell for various diseases. CONSTITUTION: A composition which induces dedifferentiation of stem cells to embryonic stem cell-like cells contains: Bmi1(B cell-specific Moloney murine leukemia virus integration site 1) protein or nucleic acid encoding the protein; and a MEK/ERK(mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular regulated kinase) inhibitor and GSK(glycogen synthase kinase) inhibitor. A method for preparing the embryonic stem cell-like cells comprises: a step of introducing the nucleic acid encoding Bmi1 or nucleic acids encoding the protein into a somatic cell; a step of culturing the somatic cells in a culture condition containing bFGF(Fibroblast Growth Factor); a step of selecting Oct4-expresison cells; and a step of treating MEK/ERK inhibitor and GSK inhibitor.
