PURPOSE: A piezoresistive type touch panel using a carbon nano tube pattern is provided to reduce the probability of electrode breakage using a carbon nano tube pattern. CONSTITUTION: A piezoresistive device comprises a elastically transformable polymer structure(21) and a carbon nano tube pattern(23) which is prepared on the upper surface of the polymer structure. The resistance value of the carbon nano tube pattern is transformed when the upper surface of the polymer structure is transformed by external force. A protective plate(35) covers the upper surface of the piezoresistive device. A pattern groove(24) is formed on the upper surface of the polymer structure.
