<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity sensor for outputting a signal synchronized with an inputted pulse waveform voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A force sensor 1 comprises: an action part where external force or inertia force acts; a support part for supporting the action part; a connection part for connecting the action part to the support part; a full-bridge circuit FB including a distortion detection resistance element S arranged in the connection part; a signal input part 9 for applying a pulse waveform voltage to the full-bridge circuit FB; and an A/D conversion part 53 for inputting an output signal from the full-bridge circuit FB, to which the pulse waveform voltage is applied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
