PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a motor, which can form a recess by using a coil even if the motor does not have a guiding component.SOLUTION: After an assembling step (step s1) for assembling a shaft 18 and a commutator 19 to a laminate core 21, a winding operation for winding a winding wire around a pair of slots 23 opposite to each other in a diameter direction X of the laminate core 21 is repeated to house a coil 24 into each of all the slots 23. In coil forming steps (steps s2-s8), the winding wires in the other end part in a rotary axial direction Z of the laminate core 21 are each wound to be biased to the outside of the diameter direction X from the rotary shaft compared to the previously wound wire. |
