PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-impregnated sintered bearing having a high critical surface pressure and an excellent load resistivity.SOLUTION: The oil-impregnated sintered bearing is impregnated with a lubricating composition containing 25-95 mass% of at least one kind of compound expressed by a general formula (1) wherein Ar, Arand Arrepresent a non-substituted or substituted aromatic cyclic group or heterocyclic group, respectively, and at least one kind of polyol ester.
