The present invention relates to an organic corrosion inhibitor-embedded polymer capsule, a preparation method thereof, a composition containing the same, and a surface treated steel sheet using the same. The polymer capsule comprises a core layer polymer comprising a hydrophilic acid group prepared by continuous emulsion polymerization, and one or more shell layers encompassing the core layer, and can effectively embed an organic corrosion inhibitor. The corrosion inhibitor is discharged outside the capsule in a corrosive atmosphere, thereby improving the corrosion resistance of a steel sheet.
