PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing electric connection with excellent productivity between electrode terminals having a step.SOLUTION: The method includes a base film formation step of arranging a semiconductor element 4, where a first electrode 5 is formed on a substrate 2 with a second electrode 6 formed thereon; arranging a functional fluid so as to connect the first electrode 5 to the second electrode 6; then solidifying the functional fluid so as to form a base film 8; and conducting a chemical plating step of forming a metal film 9 on the base film 8 by chemical plating processing. The functional fluid contains a resin and a metal catalyst. |
