<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell having improved the efficiency of power generation by reducing an electric resistance of electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a solar cell, a backside transparent electrode layer 14 is formed by applying a dispersion liquid containing conductive fine particles to the surface of a photoelectric conversion layer 13 by wet coating to form a coating 24a of the conductive fine particles, then, irradiating the formed coating 24a of conductive fine particles with plasma, applying a dispersion liquid 24b containing a binder to the coating 24a of conductive fine particles which is irradiated with plasma by using wet coating to impregnate the binder component, forming a transparent coating 24, and baking the transparent coating 24. In the method, plasma output to be emitted on the coating 24a of conductive fine particles is set at 0.5-5.0 W/cm<SP>2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
