PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll call system and a headset for making a roll call without imposing a burden on a person concerned. SOLUTION: A roll call control device 2 is held by a roll caller, and as a device for making a roll call, makes a response request to a representative headset device 3 by receiving a roll call instructing operation, and displays warning information about an absentee on the basis of received device ID. The representative headset device 3, as a specific device held by the other roll caller or the representative of a roll called person, transmits guidance data of a tourist resort, receives a response request from the roll call control device 2, transmits it to a headset device 4, and transmits device ID received from the headset device 4 in a lump to the roll call control device 2. The headset device 4 is held by each roll called person, receives the guidance data from the representative headset device 3, outputs the guidance data by a voice, receives the response request from the representative headset device 3, transmits it to the other headset device 4, receives the device ID from the other headset device 4, and transmits the received device ID and own-device ID to the representative headset device 3.
