PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To isolate carbon dioxide more simply and economically than conventional methods by noting effective utilization of a concrete structure, e.g. an existing disused tunnel or a BOX culvert, in a technique of treating carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: The concrete structure includes an existing disused tunnel 10. A concrete wall 20 is formed in an opening 11 of the existing disused tunnel 10, and a supply pipe 30 for carbon dioxide is attached to the concrete wall 20.
