<p>The micro-capsules comprises a double layer with an outer thermoplastic wall. The micro-capsules are applied to fibers for slowly producing or releasing a product such as fragrances, antimicrobial substances, insecticides, antioxidants, vitamins and are used with materials such as thermo-chromatic pigments. The color is changed when the pigments are heated. The micro-capsules are also used with phase changing materials. An independent claim is also included for a method for application of micro-capsules on textile substrates.</p> |
