摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish proper performance of a steering control and actuation of a safety device in good coordination when a vehicle runs through a curve existing ahead in the vehicle advancing direction at the time of execution of the steering control. Ž<P>SOLUTION: While the LKAS control mode is under execution, a control changing part 65 changes the controlling contents of an actuation part 64 so that the safety device can be actuated more easily than in the condition out of execution. The control changing part 65 changes the actuation start timing of the safety device while the LKAS control mode is under execution to an earlier value than at the actuation start timing in the condition out of actuation. The control changing part 65 changes the actuation lower limit speed or the actuation lower limit acceleration of a brake actuator 15 while the LKAS control mode is under execution to a smaller value than the actuation lower limit speed or the actuation lower limit acceleration in the condition out of actuation. The control changing part 65 changes the deceleration generated by the brake actuator 15 while the LKAS control mode is under execution to a smaller value than the deceleration in the condition out of actuation.
