PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connection between a control circuit board and a heating element by fixing the heating element mounted to the control circuit board to a heat radiating plane part on a bottom face of an inverter box without difficulty to secure a good heat radiating property while fixing the control circuit board installed in the inverter box to a cover member of the inverter box to reduce a size of a compressor. SOLUTION: A control circuit board 25 is fixed to an inner face of a cover member 28, and a heating element 38 is fixed in contact with a heat radiating plane part 31 inside an inverter box 23. Furthermore, this compressor is provided with a conducting structure A, by which the heating element 38 can be electrically conducted with the control circuit board 25 while a cover member 28 is mounted to an opening of the inverter box 23. The conducting structure A has, for example, a lead terminal 38a of the heating element 38, a terminal hole bored on the control circuit board 25, a soldering opening formed on the cover member 28 to coincide with a position of the terminal hole, and a resinous cap 45 closing the opening.
