PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing an overheating failure of an engine with a larger cooling-down effect. SOLUTION: This system has an operation control device for controlling an output when detecting that at least one element of a cooling water temperature 41, a lubricating oil temperature 26, an air supplying temperature 45 or a fuel temperature 50 has not less than a setting value. Then, when it is continuously detected that at least one element of the cooling water temperature, the lubricating oil temperature, the air supplying temperature or the fuel temperature has not less than the setting value for a predetermined time, the output is limited to not more than a predetermined value. When it is detected that the temperature of the element which is detected as having not less than the setting value has not more than a setting value under an output-limited condition, the output is gradually returned to the output before limited.
