FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device relates to dairy industry and, in particular - to milk processing for production of cream by entrepreneur, farming and peasant holdings and associations. The cream collector is a T-shaped structure containing a cream intake faucet connected (via the pump inlet nipple) to a pump unit operating from an electric motor, a bar with an electrically insulating flexible hose for discharge of cream skimmed from settled milk surface. The electrically insulating flexible hose is connected to the pump unit via the delivery nipple. The cram collector assembly is mounted on a stationary support which may be performed with the help of an elastic cord and/or horizontal supports. ^ EFFECT: device enables labour productivity increase, energy consumption reduction, the cream collector design and the operation process simplification and labour conditions improvement. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
