A mobile electrified fence enclosure system utilizing multiple movable storable fence posts and flexible electrified ribbons what are retractably reeled into a spool. The electrified ribbons are detachably connected electrically by means of a breakaway connector which interrupts the voltage should the animal bolt through the wiring. The system is preferably stored in or attached to a trailer, such as a horse trailer, and is quickly and easily set-up and taken-down.
