The stimulator has a vibratory detector (13) placed on a control system of a blade (10A) in order to generate corresponding electric signal, where the stimulator is arranged to punctually cause vibration of the blade of a bladed wheel (10B) of a turbo machine. A non-integrated part (12) is not in mechanical contact with the blade. Aerodynamic stimulation units are formed of a tube and an aerodynamic element that distribute flow of air with respect to the blade. A passive magnetic element (11) is partially interdependent to the blade. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a blade control system for a bladed wheel of a turbo machine (2) a turbo shaft engine (3) a method for controlling a blade of a bladed wheel of a turbo machine (4) a blade of a bladed wheel of a turbo machine.
