PURPOSE: A track leaving prevention device for a railway vehicle is provided to prevent a derailed railway vehicle from leaving a track by employing a vehicle wheel arrester. CONSTITUTION: A track leaving prevention device for a railway vehicle comprises inner railway forming bodies(11) and outer railway forming bodies(12). The inner railway forming bodies comprise an inner travel release surface(13), an inner guided travel surface(14), and an inner travel regulation surface(15). The outer railway forming bodies comprise an outer guide travel surface(16) and an outer guide surface(17). An installation member is arranged through an insulation plate within a main rail(R) and fixed to a PC sleeper(T). An inverted U-shaped vehicle wheel arrester(21) is fixed to the installation member.
