PURPOSE:To prevent a rise in frame temperature and to make the frame temperature uniform by fitting a heat insulation duct to the frame of a radiation detection part, and blowing air between the heat insulation duct and frame and discharging it. CONSTITUTION:The radiation detection part 31 receives radiant heat from a body 1 to be measured, heat insulation ducts 35 and 36 rise in temperature, and the heat is conducted to the frame 34. Air is blown from air nozzles 38 in the heat insulation ducts 35 and 36 and then flowed out of an air escape port 37 while stirred in overheating ducts 35 and 36. Consequently, temperature rises of the heat insulation ducts 35 and 36 are suppressed and the heat conduction to the frame 34 is prevented, so the temperature rise of the frame 34 is prevented to make the temperature uniform. |
