PURPOSE: A multipurpose sporting machine is provided to sequentially perform each exercise, thereby maximizing exercise effects of a user. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose sporting machine(100) includes a main body(110), a weight(120), a handle(130), a feet fixing unit(140), an arm exercise unit(150), and a band unit(160). Both sides of the main body are opened. The arm exercise unit moves along with a rail groove(151). The band unit is horizontally formed on the main body.
