<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which can simply set luminescent color and has high luminance, in the light-emitting device utilizing phosphors highly efficiently emitting light with ultraviolet light or blue light from a light-emitting element. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device (10) includes a light-emitting element (11) emitting primary light, and a wavelength conversion unit (12) absorbing part of the primary light and emitting secondary light having a wavelength longer than that of the primary light; the wavelength conversion unit includes multiple kinds of phosphors (13, 14, and 15) having light absorption bands different from each other; and at least one kind of multiple kinds of phosphors has an absorption band that can absorb the secondary light emitted, from at least another kind of phosphor of the multiple kinds of phosphors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
