<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made container which maintains a commercial value by keeping high uprightness, even when the vessel is filled with a content of a high gas volume. <P>SOLUTION: The resin-made vessel includes an opening located at the upper end of the vessel in the axial direction, a tubular barrel 4 whose diameter increases from the opening, and a bottom 5 clogging the lower end of the barrel in the axial direction of the vessel. An upheaval part 7 upheaving inward of the vessel at the center of the bottom is formed on the bottom, and an annular earth contact part 8 while coming in contact with the placement surface G in a standing stateon the outer circumferential side of the upheaval part.
