发明名称 METHOD FOR AUTOMATED CONTROL OF HUMIDITY OF GRAIN IN SHAFT DRYER
摘要 The invention relates to agricultural and grain-processing industries and can be used for control of technological process of grain drying in shaft drier. A method for automated control of humidity of grain in shaft dryer includes grain supply to input of the drying chamber of the shaft dryer, measurement of temperature of grain at input of the drying chamber, direction of drying agent through grain in the drying chamber, measurement of temperature of drying agent, measurement of humidity and temperature of grain at output of the drying chamber and control of temperature of grain in the drying chamber through change of temperature of drying agent and control of productivity of dryer through change of operation mode of discharge apparatus, comparison of humidity of grain at output from the drying chamber to condition humidity, direction of grain with condition humidity to tank of ready product, and under-dried grain – to re-circulation. At that one additionally measures humidity of grain at input of the drying chamber of the shaft dryer and by value of that humidity and value of measured temperature of grain at input of the drying chamber one performs prediction of parameters of humidity and temperatures by height of drying chamber with account of current parameters of temperature of drying agent and productivity of the dryer, one performs comparison of maximal value of predicted end humidity of grain to value of condition humidity of grain, one performs change of productivity of dryer according to the results of such comparison, with carrying out comparison of maximal level of predicted end temperatures of grain to maximal permitted by agro-technical requirements value of grain temperature with change of temperature of drying agent according to result of such comparison, and measured temperature and humidity of grain at output of the drying chamber one uses for correction of reliability of prediction of parameters of humidity and temperatures of grain by height of the drying chamber. The invention provides decrease of energy losses and increase of grain quality.
