PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a travelling speed of an electric apparatus without using a detection member for detecting the travelling speed in the electric apparatus that receives radio wave.

SOLUTION: A receiving apparatus 2 includes: a receiving part 52 that receives the radio wave and outputs a detected value about the received radio wave; a storage part 49 that accumulates and stores the detected value; and a speed estimation part 56 that estimates the travelling speed from a plurality of detected values accumulated in the storage part 49.
