<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for removing water, accurately removing water contained in an object to be processed, such as pickles, by continuously applying even pressure to the object by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A pickle producing container 100 corresponding to the container for removing contained water is configured to include a bottomed cylindrical container body 110 made of a transparent acrylic material, and a lid 120 for pressing pickle materials P or the like contained in the container body 110. The lid 120 is composed of a pressing part 121 which contacts and presses the pickle materials P or the like contained in the container body 110, a support part 122 which is formed in a length of projecting from an opening 111 in the container body 110 into which the pressing part 121 is inserted, and is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape for supporting a weight W, a plurality of through-holes 123 which are formed outside the support part 122 in the pressing part 121 and lead water J pushed out from the pickle materials P or the like upward the pressing part 121, and a wall part 124 in a condition of standing on the circumference edge of the pressing part 121. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
