<p>PURPOSE: A genetic map is provided to identify specific quantivative gene locus and to understand genetic background of rice blast disease resistance. CONSTITUTION: A quantitative genetic map of high density of Oriza sativa contains quantitative trait loci(QTL) relating to rice blast disease resistance analyzed by performing genetic analysis of introgression line population produced by backcross of Ilpumbyeo and Moroberekan. The QTL is QTL bn4 positioned between SSR marker, RM3276 and RM5709. QTL bn4 contains rice blast disease resistant gene Pi45(t). The rice blast disease resistant gene Pi45(t) is positioned between SSR marker, RM3687 and RM17511. The introgression line population is CR5, CR9, CR31, or CR59.</p> |
